Photo Books for Travel Companies

 Your clients return from a great vacation, planned and executed superbly by your experienced tour leaders. They have a thousand photos on their camera. After they sort through them, some will get posted to Flickr, Facebook or Webshots. Or, they'll get the pick of the bunch developed and put them into a small photo album. We think this is a bit old hat and have a better idea - turn your clients photos into a photo book.

And the best part is, you don't have to do anything. We can assist with the marketing and collateral, we will design a landing page just for your company, co-branded with your logo and include a link where your clients can upload their photos to and we'll even take care of the payment, so you don't have to worry about collecting money. We can even send out a newsletter on your behalf with your company logo, with complete editorial control by you and your email address as the sender.

What's in it for me I hear you say? Very good question. We'll pay a commission on all books sold over ten (10) copies. So, that's money for jam!

How will all this work? Let's say a family of five goes on a tour group vacation organised by your company. They are part of a group of 40 people, so roughly that is 15-20 clients. Each of your tours is headed by an experienced tour leader, who during the tour, will be taking photos of the group and their activities.

Upon their return home, the tour leader and group members submits their best shots, for example their best 50 photos, so by the time I get them its around 750 to 1,000 images. I will then select the best images out of the group and design a photo book for that group for free. Once we have the first draft, we'll send you a link to proof the book.

Once your happy with the book, I can send out an email to all group members that has a link to preview the book and if they would like a copy, to order a book. Once we get 10 orders or more, we will then go ahead and order the books which will take 2-3 weeks to print. We will then send them to all the group members after they are printed and we will send you a cheque or electronic transfer of the commission. Its that simple.
